ابراهیم ریگی یک پزشک بلوچ اهل زاهدان بود. او به دلیل مداوای مجروحان اعتراضات «جمعه خونین» زاهدان در ۳۰ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۲ شناخته شد. ریگی توسط نیروهای امنیتی جمهوری اسلامی مورد هدف قرار گرفت. او در تاریخ ۲۲ فوریه ۲۰۲۳ در زاهدان، پس از شکنجه تا حد مرگ توسط این نیروها، جان باخت.
